Are you of legal drinking age in your country?
We want to make sure we are encouraging responsible drinking at all times.
So we were buzzing to be approached by Cardiff Arms Park, the home of the Cardiff Blues, with the opportunity to become their official Ale supplier and have our beers pouring in the stadium on match days.
We knew we wanted to brew something special for the stadium and the brewers got straight to work devising recipes. In the meantime, we spent some time at the stadium with our designers, delving into the history of the place looking for inspiration for the pump clip.
One motif which kept popping up was, weirdly enough, a skull and crossbones. It turned out that it had been the club’s logo way back when Arms Park was founded in 1876!
So, we had a delicious new recipe, we had an idea for the design and we’d even managed to figure out a name along the way. Let us introduce you to 1876 – the Official Ale of Cardiff Arms Park.
